Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required; Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business preferred.
• Experience: 3 years in healthcare consulting, revenue cycle, claims auditing, or payment integrity required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active credential in coding or healthcare compliance (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIA, CHC).
• Software: Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, SAS, Tableau) and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides investigation and analysis to diverse clients including regulators and litigation matters.
• Analyzes healthcare claims data to identify improper payments and potential fraud, waste, or abuse.
• Develops strategies to improve payment accuracy and mitigate overpayments.
• Prepares detailed reports and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
• Supports design and enhancement of payment integrity tools and audit methodologies.
