Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Floor Technician at The Woodlands Hospital in Conroe, TX 77384. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Full-time; 5:00 pm to 1:30 am with rotating weekends. Prior floor care experience preferred and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Includes a $200 sign-on bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care incl. shampooing, damp surfaces, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
