Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Floor Technician (full-time and part-time) for MD Anderson, The Woodlands, TX. Shift is 5:00 pm–12:30 am with some Saturdays. Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Lifts up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing)
• Operates various industrial floor care equipment
• Uses automated equipment for large area floor cleaning
• Cleans carpet and upholstery (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming)
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types
• Other duties as assigned by manager
