Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician to maintain and restore floor surfaces at Memorial Hermann Sugarland in Sugar Land, TX. The role involves operating industrial floor care equipment, performing professional floor maintenance, and following safety procedures with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Training is provided as needed. The position is full-time with a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour and requires availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.
• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is required.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large area floor cleaning.
• Care for carpet and upholstery, including shampooing and extractions.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
