Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Floor Technician to perform day-to-day environmental services duties at The Willows at Okemos. The role focuses on floor care, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning tasks within the facility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED/HSE and 1–3 years of relevant experience. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits as part of Trilogy’s Thrive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.
• Set up proper safety signs before floor cleaning activities.
• Clean carpets by vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Wash walls and ceilings and perform spot cleaning and deodorizing.
