Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Floor Technician to perform day-to-day Environmental Services tasks at The Willows at Okemos in Michigan. The role supports the facility by cleaning floors, carpets, walls and ceilings while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors: sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting.
• Ensure safety signs are in place before cleaning.
• Clean carpets: vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings: washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing.
