Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Floor Technician to perform day-to-day environmental services duties in our facility, ensuring floors and surfaces are clean and safe. You’ll follow federal, state, and local standards while supporting a caring team environment.

The role emphasizes floor care, carpet cleaning, wall/ceiling cleaning, and adherence to safety practices to maintain a healthy living/working space for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensure proper safety signs are set up prior to floor cleaning activities.
• Clean carpets, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
