Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with floor care or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment and chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment including buffers and vacuums.
• Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors per schedule.
• Maintain floors in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Identify hazards and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
