Confidence Management Solutions in Reading, PA is hiring a Floor Tech for a long-term care facility. The shift is 7AM-3PM with alternating weekends and holidays. The role involves maintaining all facility floors and operating floor care equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in environmental services or housekeeping is a plus.
• Prior experience in a nursing home, hospital or healthcare environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Operate floor care equipment such as extractor, auto-scraper, high-speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and store properly after each use.
• Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility and perform other job-related duties as required.
