Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for large area floor cleaning.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
