Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lift heavy loads when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance, including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
