Liberty Healthcare Management in Clinton, NC is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe corridors and resident areas. You will perform floor care, carpet extraction, and routine cleaning tasks across common areas and rooms.

You will follow schedules, wear the required uniform, and uphold facility policies while assisting housekeeping and staff with daily operations. This role requires attention to detail and a respectful approach to residents.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma and attend required staff in-services.
• Must be able to read and write with clarity to follow instructions.
• Must follow cleaning, mopping and buffing schedules.
• Must be kind and respectful to residents and maintain neat personal appearance and hygiene.
• Must read, know and follow facility policies, wear uniform and name tag.
• Must know how to reset the fire alarm panel and pull stations and follow fire plan procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Dust mop or vacuum corridors daily.
• Spray buff designated hard surface areas daily.
• Shampoo and/or extract carpeted areas daily.
• Keep corridors free of dirt and debris, including baseboards and corners.
• Clean spills immediately following facility procedures.
• Assist Housekeeping Assistants as needed.
• Assist with room cleaning for new admissions or transfers.
• Strip, wax and seal floors per schedule.
• Deep clean resident room floors per schedule.
• Assist with room set-ups and cleanup for meetings.
• Move and return soiled/clean linen and carts as needed.
• Clean equipment (buffer, mop caddy) and place soiled mops for laundry.
• Assist director with duties as requested.
• Recheck all areas and clean as needed before end of shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned
