Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician for the Novant Health Matthews Medical Center in Matthews, NC. The full-time position runs 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Prior floor care or custodial experience is preferred, and a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour is offered. Responsibilities include operating industrial floor care equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safe procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior floor technician or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and restore hard-surface floors, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and buffing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Clean large floor areas with automated equipment.
• Clean carpets and upholstery including shampooing and extraction.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
