Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Floor Technician for the North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette, AL. This full-time role requires 1 year of floor technician experience and involves rotating weekends with varying hours.

Qualifications

• One year of floor technician experience is required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning of large area of floor surface.
• Use the proper procedures on carpet and upholstering including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
