Responsibilities

• Meet with patients/guarantors to assist with funding applications and payment options.
• Review and update demographic, financial and insurance data for counseling.
• Explain liabilities, collect co-pays/deductibles, and discuss payment plans.
• Assist Medicaid presumptive eligibility and prepare reports as directed.
