Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in healthcare or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, analysis, and management of financial reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations.
• Lead monthly financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Mentor and manage a mid-sized team of accounting staff.
