• Collects co-pays, coinsurance and deductibles; negotiates payment arrangements.
• Maintains self-pay and post-insurance work lists and follows up daily.
• Ensures timely submission of claims and communications to avoid claim denials.
• Identifies funding sources and referrals for financial assistance when needed.
