Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in insurance eligibility/verification in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle or insurance environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits according to program and payer requirements.
• Conduct insurance verification and determine coverage prior to treatment.
• Assist clients with financial counseling and explanation of financial responsibilities.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and insurance providers to ensure access to care.
• Maintain accurate client financial and insurance documentation.
• Assist with payment arrangements and collection activities per policies.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding coverage, benefits, and obligations.
