Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a seasoned finance executive to lead corporate accounting, budgeting and audits for the organization. You will shape financial policy, ensure internal controls, and drive accuracy across financial reporting.

Maintain oversight of the annual audit, coordinate with external auditors, and guide senior leaders on financial performance and strategic planning within a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Progressive leadership in healthcare financial management 10+ years required.
• CPA preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience directing finance operations, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Directs finance operations, budgeting, audits, and accounting for the organization.
• Develops and enforces accounting policies; strengthens internal controls.
• Leads annual audit coordination with external auditors and prepares financial statements.
• Oversees short and long-range plans for Corporate Accounting Department.
• Mentors staff and ensures staff competency through training and education.
