Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and explain variances.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting or analytics tools.
• Ability to understand or learn physician productivity metrics and compensation models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across physician practices and identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate budget-to-actuals and drivers including productivity, patient volume, reimbursement, staffing, and operations.
• Review revenue, expenses, labor costs and EBITDA; support month-end closing and reporting.
• Develop forecasts and build models to support recruitment, growth and capital investments.
• Translate data into clear reports for leaders and communicate findings and recommendations.
