Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent.
• MBA or MHA preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a financial analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel & SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for practice leadership.
• Analyze physician compensation models, provider productivity, and service line profitability.
• Provide analytical support to leadership through evaluation of productivity in day-to-day operations.
• Support budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as patient volumes, reimbursements, and operating margins.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams on billing performance and payer mix.
• Prepare proforma models for expansions, capital investments, and improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
