Job summary

Virtua Health is hiring a Finance Analyst to prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. You will support analyses, regulatory reports, and special projects for the Finance Management Team.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 0–3 years in general accounting or financial statement prep.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance.
• Support analysis and supplemental schedules for financial reporting.
• Assist in regulatory reporting (IRS 990, NJ Charitable Registration, etc.).
• Help auditors with work papers and documentations.
• Provide financial analysis support to managers for budgeting and cost control.
• Collaborate to improve standard practices for financial analysis and reporting.
