Job summary

Maury Regional Health in Columbia, TN, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Fiscal Planning team. You will analyze data, support cost accounting, and deliver insights for decision making across the health system.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Analytics/Healthcare Admin and 2–3 years DS experience. This is an on-site, full-time position with lead responsibilities in reports, dashboards, and pro formas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field required.

Responsibilities

Perform system maintenance and reconciliations between DS and source systems.
Create standard templates in DS system and reporting criteria for uniform report delivery.
Create and maintain dashboards of determined KPIs.
Perform ad hoc reporting as requested.
Research abnormal findings in data and address issues within DS and E HR systems.
Develop pro formas for new products and services.
Oversee coordination and submission of Joint Annual Report.
Handle submissions of HSDA equipment registry and related data for State of TN.
Prepare annual AHA surveys.
Serve as liaison and source of finance-related knowledge for all levels of management across hospital system.
