Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual claims utilization versus budget reports.
• Support development of reserve calculations for self-funded health plans.
• Assist with enrollment data, carrier renewals, pricing changes and create client presentations.
• Support marketing proposals by coordinating RFPs and verifying benefits and premiums.
• Help maintain compliance with state and municipal ordinances.
• Contribute to benchmarking and trend analyses; provide technical support to team.
