Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare management, or a related area

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop financial operations improvement initiatives to inform strategic reform for a large multi-specialty physician group
• Analyze program and service line profitability
• Assist financial operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the hospital
• Analyze general ledger accounts
• Generate and analyze revenue and expense reports
• Track new expenses
• Conduct reconciliation activities
• Open opportunities to work on data-oriented projects
