AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a seasoned Hospital Finance professional to support monthly close, budget preparation, and cost reporting. You will maintain critical accounting records and coordinate with hospital staff to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare accounting, with 7+ years of hospital finance experience and a CPA being a plus. This full-time position offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities within our continuing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ general accounting experience (preferred).
• 7+ hospital finance/accounting experience (required).
• CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates in monthly financial close meetings.
• Prepares hospital budget, cost reports, and governmental financial/statistical reports.
• Maintains records for filing financial and payroll-related reports.
• Monitors and updates third-party contract files for accounting documentation.
• Prepares and presents monthly departmental operating reports to Hospital staff.
• Prepares exhibits for third-party reimbursement allowances.
• Ensures audit results and revenue findings are communicated timely.
• Oversees Medicare/Medicaid cost reports annually and timely.
