Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Director of Finance/Controller to oversee daily financial accounting, accounts payable and payroll in support of Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, Missouri. Relocation to the Sedalia, Missouri area is required.

The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads preparation of timely GAAP financial statements, cash management, annual audits, and external regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the hospital and its affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting required. CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, healthcare setting desirable.
• Experience supervising staff and using computerized general ledger systems.

Responsabilités

• Directs preparation/analysis of internal and external GAAP financial statements.
• Manages daily cash management and accounts payable processes.
• Oversees payroll processing and tax filings.
• Coordinatess annual audits with external auditors and actuaries; liaises with regulators.
