Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Mathematics or related field OR MBA or graduate degree.
• Three years’ experience in financial analytics, business analytics, information technology, healthcare or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills including building financial/analytical models using advanced formulas for transforming large datasets.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft Power Query, VBA, Python, and/or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to support department decision making.
• Monitor bi‑weekly productivity and monthly financial performance with department leaders.
• Design and implement projects impacting business operations and growth.
• Assist with capital asset planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Identify revenue cycle opportunities and optimize related processes.
