Job summary

Enloe Health in Northern California is seeking a Finance & Business Analyst to partner with department leaders on advanced analytics, budgeting, and performance metrics. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support and strategic financial planning.

The analyst will design projects, monitor productivity and financials, and support capital planning and revenue-cycle improvements. Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Mathematics or related field OR MBA or graduate degree.
• Three years’ experience in financial analytics or similar analytical role in healthcare or IT.
• Advanced Excel skills including building financial/analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Monitor bi-weekly productivity and monthly financial performance with department leads.
• Plan capital assets, budgeting, and rolling forecasts; identify revenue opportunities.
