Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Plumber to support Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. You will inspect, repair, and maintain pipes, heating, water, gas, and drainage systems to ensure patient safety and uninterrupted operations.

Requires a High School Diploma or trade school completion, 5 years of plumbing experience, and a valid New Jersey Driver's License. Preferred: a certified Plumber's License.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or completion of a trade school program.
• 5 years of practical plumbing experience.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
• Preferred: certified Plumber's License.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, repairing, and replacing pipes and fixtures throughout the Medical Center.
• Maintaining heating, water, gas, and drainage systems for safety and efficiency.
• Performing preventative maintenance inspections on plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Identifying and repairing leaks and damaged components; replacing as needed.
• Responding to emergency plumbing needs and occasional off-hours repairs.
