Qualifications

• Knowledge of Long-Term Care preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Flexible hours; this is not a remote position.
• Full-time salary/exempt (40 hours per week).
• Must work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring opportunities within the facility.
• Assist in developing and implementing a facility management system.
• Coordinate administration, management, supervision across all departments to ensure quality care.
• Proficient with computers and technology resources.
• Oversee facility quality assurance processes.
• Uphold all facility policies and procedures.
• Support financial management of the health care facility.
• Understand and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Identify problems and implement strategies with the Administrator.
• Represent the facility in professional and community activities.
• Participate in educational programs and Manager on Duty weekends.
• Participate in internal and external facility events; perform other duties as assigned.
