Job summary

Facility Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager / Service Order Manager (ACMM/SOM) to lead operations and maintenance for a critical healthcare and research facility.

You will oversee corrective maintenance, service orders, and all project work, coordinating with government representatives, facility managers, contractors, and end users. The role requires extensive supervision of diverse teams, strong project management, and strict adherence to security and

Qualifications

Must have 6 years supervisory experience in a CDC FSAP registered facility with BSL-3/4.
5 years operational experience in an AAALAC accredited animal facility.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as Contract Maintenance Manager in their absence and oversee corrective maintenance and service order activities.
Coordinate maintenance operations and manage facility improvement projects.
Ensure contract performance exceeds customer expectations.
Lead SRM projects, funded task orders, and IDIQ construction projects.
Develop schedules, staffing plans, budgets and resource allocations.
