• Maintains facility structures, HVAC controls and related equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Repairs electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as needed.
• Maintains records of inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Reads blueprints and interprets instructions for maintenance tasks.
