Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and pipefitting tasks as per experience and standards.
• Carry out general facility maintenance of physical plant and equipment.
• Perform basic electrical tasks under guidance to support safety and convenience.
• Maintain HVAC/R systems and associated equipment to ensure safety and comfort for patients and staff.
• Ensure safety and properly document activities in line with policies.
• Rebuild and repair mechanical and electrical components as needed.
• Calibrate and maintain pneumatic/hydraulic systems and medical gas outlets.
