Job summary

AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) is seeking a Maintenance Worker to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and esthetically pleasing. Responsibilities include routine light repairs and handling general errands as needed within the Center, under supervision of the Center Administrator.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of maintenance or service experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum maintenance or service experience.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Service all clean bathrooms (4x/day) including restocking supplies.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility and manage waste disposal.
• Deliver packages or materials as needed within the Center.
• Assist in medical waste containment under supervision.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and safety of the Center area.
