The role involves maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance across Kennedy Community Health facilities to keep buildings and equipment safe, functional, and compliant. The ideal candidate will have experience with preventive maintenance and facility repairs, strong troubleshooting, and solid documentation skills, with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance and facility repairs.
• Healthcare or commercial facility experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and work orders for buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Complete basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building repairs.
• Maintain facility grounds, including snow removal, sidewalks, parking areas, and grounds equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and operational testing of facility equipment and life safety systems.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, testing, and repairs using maintenance management systems.
• Support regulatory compliance by maintaining records and assisting with required inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team, vendors, and staff to maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained facilities across all Kennedy Community Health locations.
