FutureCare is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility and equipment in top condition for residents and staff in Baltimore, MD. Under limited direction, you will provide general service and repair work and maintain logs while ensuring operations stay within budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing preventative maintenance for the facility and equipment.
• Perform repairs, maintain logs, and generate required reports.
• Ensure adherence to state/federal codes and FutureCare policies.
• Keep the workshop clean and safe and follow OHS guidelines.
• Assist with purchase orders and budgetary considerations as needed.
