You will perform general maintenance, assist with electrical, carpentry, plumbing projects, and support safety inspections as part of a collaborative team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Background in general maintenance, repair, and light construction.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility.
• Assist with light electrical, carpentry, flooring, and plumbing projects.
• Complete routine painting, patching, and drywall touch-ups.
• Support preventive maintenance efforts and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot and report maintenance issues proactively.
• Collaborate with staff to address equipment needs and facility upkeep.
