Job summary

Advanced Pain Care seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment across Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park and North Lamar clinics. The role covers preventive maintenance, capital projects, and daily operations to keep facilities ready for business.

The successful candidate will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, manage CMMS work orders, and coordinate with vendors while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher preferred.
• 4+ years hands-on facilities experience with emphasis in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in HVAC and refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, elevators, fire safety, lighting, water) operate effectively.
• Complete and document scheduled maintenance and work orders in CMMS.
• Estimate material costs and plan tasks from blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain contact lists for vendors and service agreements for each location.
• Manage keys, access logs, inventory and supplies.
• Perform multiple crafts tasks (HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry).
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies; respond to urgent facility requests.
