Aria Community Health Center in California seeks a Maintenance Area Supervisor to lead facility maintenance across multiple clinic locations. You will supervise maintenance staff, plan daily activities, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, coordinating vendors, and traveling between sites to support operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of facility maintenance experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid California Driver License.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises assigned maintenance employees.
• Coordinates schedules, workload distribution, and coverage.
• Ensures OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance and safety requirements.
• Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Oversees HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and building systems.
• Travels between clinic locations to provide maintenance support.
• Coordinates contractors, vendors, and service providers.
