Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of supplies, equipment, ordering process.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• 3 to 5 years Maintenance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for new construction projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain project turnover files, logs, PM schedules and reports.
• Maintain patient environment and operate/repair equipment as needed.
• Interior environment maintenance: bulbs, plumbing, painting, and more.
• Maintain safety standards, OSHA compliance and Joint Commission docs.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate equipment and timing.
• Manage parts ordering and on-site inventory.
