LAUKOA seeks a highly qualified Contract Maintenance Manager for a healthcare facility in Key West, Florida. This role combines contract maintenance leadership, quality control oversight, and Level 2 Site Safety and Health Officer duties on-site with subcontractor coordination and safety compliance.

The candidate will manage daily operations, review work requests, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with government representatives and subcontractors as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum three (3) years supporting operations and maintenance in a business-occupancy medical facility.
• Minimum five (5) years servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors for operation, maintenance, repair, or renovation of building infrastructure.
• Minimum two (2) years performing quality control evaluations and reporting for construction or facility management.
• Minimum two (2) years in healthcare facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations and maintenance for the assigned healthcare facility.
• Serve as on-site manager for contract maintenance, quality control, and safety.
• Prioritize and process emergency to routine work requests per contract requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors for preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Develop scopes of work and prepare service order packages.
