Job summary

Cascadia EE LLC in Junction City, Oregon is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee safety, functionality, and appearance of our facility and grounds. You will supervise maintenance operations, manage preventive programs, and coordinate external contractors to ensure reliable utilities and a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification preferred.
• 5+ years of building maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare facility maintenance desired.
• Valid driver’s license (Oregon).
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with building codes, OSHA, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs throughout the facility and grounds.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair projects with third‑party contractors.
• Direct and participate in maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and manage the department budget and control costs.
• Lead safety initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure facility and grounds are clean, attractive, and well maintained.
• Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies for operations.
• Supervise the Maintenance Assistant where applicable.
• Collaborate with residents, staff, vendors, and leadership.
