US Healthcare Consulting Holdings LLC is seeking a Maintenance Director for our Nursing and Rehab Center in Mobile, AL. The role oversees the facility's maintenance program to assure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance staff, develop schedules and budgets, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure equipment and facility readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in physical plant operations in a skilled-nursing care center.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate facility.
• Knowledge of NFPA and Life Safety Code regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and policies to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that equipment and facilities meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure effective use of resources and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
