Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC technician.
• A valid driver license may be required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment by following established safety procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine to moderately complex maintenance and inspections, diagnose and repair issues.
• Work with boilers, chillers, air handlers, and control systems to ensure efficiency.
• Operate with minimal supervision and coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete other maintenance tasks and special projects as required.
