Job summary

Greencroft Communities in Indiana is seeking a Healthcare Facility Administrator to lead daily operations, partner with nursing leadership, and build a compassionate, compliant community for residents and families. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Indiana licensure or willingness to pursue, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and several years in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Indiana Health Facility Administrator licensure, or licensure in another state with willingness to pursue Indiana licensure and pass the Indiana examination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with knowledge of long-term care operations, compliance, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations in alignment with HG policies and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Partner with nursing leadership to support safe, compassionate, high-quality resident care.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain team members while encouraging teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee quality assurance, survey readiness, plans of correction, and risk management.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, billing oversight, staffing, and resources responsibly.
• Ensure accurate records and compliance with administrative, safety, and infection prevention requirements.
• Build relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and the community while supporting census growth.
• Coordinate leadership coverage and respond to operational needs as they arise.
