Spero Health, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Facility Administrator/Practice Manager to join our team.

The role supports the mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships within an integrated care model serving patients in our Chillicothe and Lancaster clinics. You will lead clinical quality initiatives, mentor staff, develop referral relationships with physicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and manage the clinic's operations and budget to deliver high-quality, evidence-based

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' management experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related field; four (4) years in healthcare preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sets patient care standards and supports quality improvement initiatives.
• Develops, mentors, and inspires team to deliver best care.
• Builds relationships with physicians and referral sources to increase patient referrals.
• Ensures HIPAA and CFR 42 part 2 compliance.
• Manages clinic operations, budget, vendor relationships, orders supplies, and ensures safety.
