Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and staff.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Prepare and communicate activity, incident and patrol reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with orderly entry and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
