Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is seeking a Facilities Service Technician to perform installations, repair and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment and grounds. You will maintain non-critical utility systems and support critical utility components.

This full-time on-site role in Encinitas requires a varied shift, weekend availability, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Required: skilled in at least one engineering trade with practical experience in other trades.
• 2 years of experience in a trade or general building maintenance OR completed education in engineering in lieu of experience.
• Self-starter with excellent technical and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• The Service Tech performs installations, repair and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Responsible for repairing and maintaining non-critical utility systems and components of critical utility systems.
