Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 15 years healthcare or large campus experience with 7 years in management.
• Knowledge of DNV/TJC, OSHA, NFPA, CMS, DOH and local codes.
• Experience leading maintenance and capital projects in clinical settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with executives and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across non-clinical support services.
• Oversee facilities strategy, maintenance, and safety programs.
• Align support operations with clinical needs and growth goals.
• Mentor department managers and ensure accountability.
• Manage budgets, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Respond to emergencies in a 24/7 environment.
